Up to 2 lines of lasered text and a choice of beveled edges or rounded corners. *A $50.00 setup charge applies on all first-time orders. *There is a $25.00 typeset charge per 100 names unless all names are forwarded to us in a word document or excel spreadsheet file. *Setup charges do not apply on re-orders. We do NOT accept hand-written text or verbal orders.An Artwork Proof will be sent to you and will require your approval prior to production. Dimensions:Up to 5 square inches of plastic.
