Description: Directly printed on your choice of coloured plastic, our digital process uses U.V. based inks for accurate colour reproduction. This is not a sublimation process where colours are not true, especially in the blue/purple ranges, but an Ultra Violet cured method.

Advantages: Greener technology: no heat expelled fumes, no solvent based inks, no chemical washouts. There are no screen setups per colour; One $50.00 setup covers the total cost (no repeat setups). No size restrictions as we can laser cut and print to any shape.

Changes: We no longer offer release programs. All repeat name tags are priced by the quantity purchased.

Colours: Colours are pantone - true on white plastic but may need test prints and modifications on darker plastics such as silver or gold.

Pricing: All nametags include full colour and all lines of text with up to 4 square inches of plastic and your choice of beveled edges or rounded corners. (See below)

Artwork: Vectorized EPS, Adobe Illustrator .AI. or Corel Draw X3 .CDR files are our preferred format to receive your logos in. Our setup charge of $50.00 includes some artwork modifications when bitmaps or word graphics are provided.

*There is a $25.00 typeset charge per 100 names unless all names are forwarded to us in a word document or excel spreadsheet file.

We do NOT accept hand-written text or verbal orders.

An Artwork Proof will be sent to you and will require your approval prior to production. (You will not receive an artwork approval on repeat orders of less than 5 name tags)

Dimensions:

Up to 4 square inches of plastic.

Imprint Area:

No print restrictions. We can print the full area of the nametag.
