Oil Sands Awards

Oil Sands Awards are for displaying the petroleum and oilsand industry products (Oil Sands, Bitumen, Synthetic Crude, Coke, Sulphur, Tailings Sand, etc) in clear glass vials mounted on your choice of maple, walnut, or cherry wood. Your logo is then either lasered into the wood or displayed on an attached metal plate depending on the type of wood used.

*A $50.00 setup charge applies to all first-time orders.

*Minimum Order of 25 units plus overruns.

We do NOT accept hand-written text or verbal orders.

An artwork proof will be sent to you and will require your approval prior to production.

Pricing is by Quote Only.

Factors that affect pricing:

Pricing is based of the number of bottles used per product. These are 80ml vials.

We usually receive the required vial contents in enclosed pails. The customer is responsible for supplying the vial contents and is responsible for the handling of these products. Some materials can be replaced with “synthetics” if handling or delivery is an issue. (and will affect pricing)

All custom work of this nature requires a 50% deposit prior to production.
